Our Commitment

OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEAN

As we welcome you back to our hotel, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment. We are redefining our cleaning and safety standards throughout our property. We will continue to stay up to date and evolve our solutions to help protect our guests and employees. Our public spaces and high traffic areas have protocols in place to disinfect surfaces on an hourly basis.

Arrival & Check-In

Hand sanitizer is available in the entrance of the hotel. Our pens are sanitized after each use and our desk is disinfected on an hourly basis.

Guest Rooms

Our protocols include thoroughly cleaning all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants. Special attention given to high touch areas such as: TV remotes, doorknobs, light switches, handles, phones and alarm clocks. A plant-based, hospital-grade disinfectant is used in the room prior to sealing the door. This ensures all surfaces have been properly disinfected for each guest.

Housekeeping is available for limited service upon REQUEST only with contactless delivery of housekeeping items (FRESH TOWELS & SOAP LEFT AT YOUR DOOR). A door hanger is available to indicate service but must be put out prior to 12pm daily. If any additional service is needed, arrangements must be made with the front desk prior to 12pm.

If you would like used linen/towels picked up, please make arrangements with the front desk prior to 12pm.

Unnecessary items such as pens, note pads, and magazines have been removed from guests rooms.

We are rolling out enhanced technologies including electrostatic sprayers to sanitize surfaces throughout the hotel, including rooms.

All linens are washed at high temperature in accordance to CDC guidelines.

Breakfast

Breakfast will be available in the lobby each morning. Our tables are spaced and the floor is marked for social distancing. Hand sanitizers are available in the breakfast area. Breakfast items are subject to availability and subject to change daily. Due to Health Department guidelines, we must personally serve items that are considered “buffet”. Food offered will be dependent on our staffing and availability. “Grab-n-go” items will always be offered daily.

Public Areas

We suggest a distance of six feet from others, except for household members, when possible. Signage is up throughout the property as a helpful reminder to guests. We are rolling out enhanced technologies including electrostatic sprayers to sanitize surfaces throughout the hotel.

Pool Area

There is a maximum occupancy in the pool area at all times. Signage is clearly displayed for maximum persons and physical distancing is required. Sauna, steam room and hot tub are currently closed due to space required to properly distance.
