The Club at Berlin Resort is a 17,000 square foot fitness facility fully equipped to match your fitness regimen. It is available to Resort guests and Club Members 24 hours a day. We offer a variety of classes for every fitness level. There are also trainers available that will create regimens to help you meet your goals. Come give us a try!

This get-up-and-go step class helps you blast fat and burn a lot of calories while moving to great music. It’s a fun and inviting class that keeps you coming back for more. The more you come, the more you’ll love this class and the way you look and feel.
Monday – 9:30 – 10:00am, 5:15 – 6:00pm, Wednesday/Friday – 9:30 – 10:00am, Saturday – 8:00-8:45am
Build and tone muscle while working the entire body! This class focuses on giving you the body you want, especially in your arms, legs and core.

Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. It is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels.

Need to spice up your exercise regimen? Break a sweat in the water! Water provides 20 times the resistance as land workouts. Get a great cardiovascular workout while you tone your entire body – using weights for more resistance. All ages and all levels welcome!
